ISTE+ASCD’s International Advisory Group provides advice and guidance to ISTE+ASCD leadership and staff in the following areas:

• To communicate and amplify ISTE+ASCD's mission, priorities and initiatives within their respective networks.
• To identify opportunities for the extension of ISTE+ASCD’s work.
• To serve as a sounding board, ensuring the context in which ISTE+ASCD’s initiatives are presented is appropriate and educationally sound to the realities and needs educators worldwide.
• To represent ISTE+ASCD at international convenings.
