Joan Wilson

Joan Wilson serves as Chief People and Diversity Officer for ISTE+ASCD, responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resources and diversity plans and strategies. These strategies encompass workforce and benefits planning, leadership and staff development, performance management, total rewards, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. She collaborates closely with the leadership on strategic initiatives to drive organizational and cultural effectiveness.
